I had a fantastic experience at this place, the location was fantastic being very close to the harbor and main attractions, and the rooms were impeccably clean and beautiful with air conditioning.

For us it was ideal.

the whole experience was very peaceful. we really enjoyed this place, everything was fine. it took only 10 minutes to walk to lipotica bus stop. the local staff was very helpful and affable. the service was terrific as we had expected.

The rooms here are perfect and amazing, they come with a balcony and a fridge. There's really nothing to complain about. The staff provides terrific customer service and there's parking nearby. 🌟

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, right on a pretty harbor with stunning views of the city walls. It was so convenient to be just a short walk away from the old town and all the restaurants and cafes. The service was impeccable, with the owner being very accommodating and approachable. The room itself was beautifully renovated and had all the amenities we needed, from heating to air conditioning, a sitting area, and a dining table. We were also impressed with the free Wi-Fi and the soundproofed rooms which ensured a peaceful and comfortable stay. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay here.

Great location, close to old town. Owner accommodated late check-in. Clean and comfortable with a waterfront balcony view. Short walk to harbor restaurant and main bus station. Helpful hosts even offered to retrieve forgotten bags.

I had a wonderful stay at Lipotica in Zadar. I stayed for a week and the apartment was perfect for my needs. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. Plus, there were beautiful beaches and a large supermarket nearby. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only small drawback was the lack of fast communication options like WhatsApp, but overall, it was an excellent experience.

The room was new-fashioned with an easy, we had a very special experience. There was variety of local meals. The staff was amiable and kind, some of them especially. The location of the hotel was magnificent - just a short walk away from Archaeological Museum Zadar.

Our stay was perfect. The location was great, just a short walk to the Old Town and the main bus station. We loved the beautiful views of the city walls from our balcony overlooking the pretty harbour. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and wifi. During my Easter stay, I appreciated the comfortable furnishing and large balcony with a noteworthy view. the location was centralized with easy access to popular tourist attractions and the beach. the friendliness of the staff was welcoming and informative.

My experience was negatively impacted by the noise pollution from other guests and the outdated building structure. the nearby street lamp also illuminated the room, making it challenging to sleep peacefully.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It's so convenient to the historic UNESCLO old town and the view here is breathtaking. Getting to the city centre is a breeze, as it's just a few minutes' walk from the old town. The staff here are very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room amenities are top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus too, allowing me to stay connected during my time here.

It would be helpful if the staff mentioned the power setting of the hot water system. We accidentally switched off the hot water boiler because we didn't know what the button was for.

The hostess was very nice and helpful, provided us with maps and tourist info. The apartment had a perfect view of the harbor and sunset. Amazing location, close to the beach, old town, and sea organ. Free parking spaces available. Incredibly friendly hosts who know Zadar well.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The room was well-decorated and clean. The bed was comfy and we slept well.

The bathroom was a bit small and there was no shampoo or soap provided. The air conditioning was noisy and kept us up at night.
